Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery date and time will vary depending on our schedule and workload. Weekend events are normally delivered on Thursday or Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless it is confirmed with our office!

What is the difference between a frame tent and a pole tent?

Pole tents are our most popular style. They have tall, graceful peaks and an airy, spacious interior but they require extra space for installation to accommodate the ropes and stakes. They are also more economical.

Frame tents have no interior poles and can be secured with weights where stakes cannot be driven into the ground. They can also be placed against another tent or building because they don't require extra space for ropes and stakes.

How should I leave my tables and chairs after the event?

If you rented a tent please leave tables open and move them back to the CENTER of tent. Stack chairs back on tables with the seat facing up. Please do not close tables. If you did not rent a tent from us tables and chairs must be placed under a covered area in case of rain. Our table tops are made of wood and will get ruined if left out in the rain!

When will my order be picked up?

Pickup date and time will vary depending on our schedule and workload. Weekend events are normally picked up on Monday or Tuesday. We do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday unless it is confirmed with our office!

How much room do I need to install a pole tent?

In order for us to install a pole tent we need an extra 5 feet of space around the whole tent for our stakes and ropes. For example: A 20’x20’ pole tent will need a 30’x30’ all grassy area free of low hanging trees In order for us to install.

When should I place my deposit and is it refundable?

The only time orders are confirmed and equipment is reserved for you is after receiving a deposit. Until that time quotes are not guaranteed and open to another customer reserving the equipment. Deposits are non refundable after they are submitted.

What if we won’t be home during the time of delivery?

If you are unable to be home during delivery please mark the four corners of the tent where you would like them to be placed. In addition, the yard must be clear of all pet messes and the driveway or closest space to the delivery area must be clear of ALL vehicles for our trucks to have easy access. (This process helps all of our customers orders be filled in a timely manner so please be conscious of this).
